1. Verification Before Shipping (Critical)

To prevent incorrect orders, we strongly recommend all buyers confirm the Part Number, Engine Serial Number, or Machine Model with our sales team prior to dispatch. Once an item is shipped based on the correct catalog specs requested, returns due to buyer misordering will be subject to strict conditions.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If a part arrives damaged during international transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos and videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect Parts Shipped: If we shipped a part that does not match the confirmed part number or catalog specifications ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item.
• Buyer's Erroneous Order: If you ordered the wrong part and wish to return it, the item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Installed mechanical parts cannot be resold and are NOT eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• For returns caused by quality issues or seller error, Wins Parts covers 100% of the return freight.
• For returns caused by buyer error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and international customs duties. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may apply to large components (e.g., crankshafts, blocks) to cover logistics handling.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
